The Fife Brook section continues to produce fish right now. Pink San Juans, Green Eggs and WB are the go getters. Don’t be afraid to experiment with nymphs like Zebra Midge, Pheasant Tails or something with some color and flash. Being able to identify what trout are feeding on is an essential tool to catching more fish or that giant wild brown.Mike will be here to answer all your bug identifying questions. 12:30 Marla Blair: Getting Started Fly Fishing (What you need and why). If you are new to fly fishing or wondering what it’s all about then you don’t want to miss this presentation. And at 2pm Hatch and Body Language of Trout for Choosing the Right Patterns. Marla will be on hand all day to answer your questions on fishing rivers of Western Mass or book a guided trip with her.
