We are lucky to live in an area that has natural beauty and really good fishing as well as tons of cultural opportunities. The immediate area around the shop is home to five colleges, including the University of Massachusetts flagship campus at Amherst.

  • Deerfield Inn — Local upscale inn

  • Red Rose Motel — classic tourist motel on the Mohwak Trail on the Deerfield River

  • Foolhardy Hill — awesome camping site with platforms and cabins for rent right near the upper Deerfield River.

  • There are also plenty of national chain hotels and motels in Greenfield and the Amherst/Hadley area.
