Use a heavily weighted fly like a Tungsten Stone to get your other flies down. Double and triple nymph rigs can be effective. Attach your dropper flies about 18″-24″. Be patient and fish deep and slow. Vary your retrieves when fishing streamers. Use colorful and flashy flies to attract the fishes attention. Experiment because experimenting catches fish. Water flows have come up with the higher temps and recent rain. Always check the flows before you head out. You can check them on the Flows/Hatches page. Safe Wading!

Come tie flies at the shop this Saturday from 10-2. Show off or sharpen your skills with other tiers. Or just enjoy a coffee and donut while they last.
