Instructor: Bob Olszewski started tying flies in 1976.  In 1983, he started the Sugarloaf Tackle Company. His classic streamers and trolling flies have been available for purchase here at the Deerfield Fly Shop for many years, in addition to many other stores over the years in the area. For many years Bob coordinated and taught the Basic Fly Tying class at Greenfield Community College for what was then the Deerfield/Millers chapter of Trout Unlimited. He has also coordinated numerous fly tying nights at a variety of local venues. Many very skilled fly-tyers in our area can trace their roots back to a class or fly tying night with Bob, so come join the ranks!
